About: Noah is a PhD student in the Graduate Partnership Program with the National Institutes of Health. He is a part of the Section on Cellular and Cognitive Neurodevelopment within the National Institute of Mental Health. Noah researches developmental changes within the thalamus and cortex. He is interested in characterizing the development of neural circuits to improve our understanding and treatment of mental illnesses. Noah investigates morphological, transcriptomic, and functional differences of cells at different developmental timepoints.
