Daniel Reid

Daniel graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2021 with a B.S. in Biological Sciences, and have since been a research technician and lab manager in Alexey Ostroumov’s lab while pursuing an M.S. in Physiology and Biophysics. Daniel researches the neural mechanisms of pavlovian conditioning and reward learning and is currently working on a project that investigates potential therapeutic targets for Parkinson’s Disease. Daniel is also interested in studying neuropharmacological treatments for Alzheimer’s disease, as well as substance use disorder.
