Wei Zhou

Dr. Zhou is a postdoctoral researcher in the field of Parkinson’s disease, with a special focus on the non-motor symptoms that often go unnoticed. With a passion for understanding the complexities of this neurodegenerative disorder, Dr. Zhou has dedicated his career to uncovering the hidden aspects of Parkinson’s, such as cognitive decline, mood disorders, sleep disturbances, and autonomic dysfunction. He uses cutting-edge approaches like ex-vivo brain slice patch clamp recording, immunohistochemistry staining, and behavior testing.
