Dendritic Cells
Dendritic cells are sentinels of the immune system and can potently stimulate naïve T cells to initiate adaptive immune responses. A major goal of this research is to understand how TRPs and Ca2+ signaling pathways drive dendritic cell maturation, secretion and antigen presentation.
